Principals/Management Team-

LMG is led by its CEO/Principal Lee Traupel, with twenty plus years of senior management experience contributing to the success of early stage companies including Autodesk, where he worked with large OEMs: Microsoft, Radio Shack, Access Graphics, Pfizer, JWT, Boeing, BT, NTT, BMW and Sony. He has spent the last ten plus years helping clients successfully create an online brand and generate revenue utilizing online marketing processes/portals: Google, MSN, Yahoo/Overture, AOL, Pulse360, Carat, Ltd., CNet, Squidoo, YouTube, Facebook, and many others.
Mr. Traupel has been a featured speaker and panelist at numerous trade shows in the United States, Europe and Asia. These include: Interop, CES, Comdex (US and Japan), The Hannover Fair, The CAT Show (Stuttgart), AEC Systems, Siggraph, Internet World, PC Expo and numerous regional tradeshows. Additionally, Mr. Traupel has been interviewed by and featured in many publications including: CRN, eWeek, PC Magazine, USA Today, Windows 2000, Business Week, Home Business Magazine, The Cadalyst and Cadence Magazines.

He has developed revenue-producing relationships with numerous global G2K clients including: AOL/Time Warner, CNet, OMI, Pfizer, Terra Lycos, Toyota, Sony, JWT, Boeing, Wells Fargo, Olivetti, BMW, Internet.com/INT Media Group, BT, Yahoo, NTT and many others. His published articles on interactive marketing are syndicated via numerous newsletters and web sites including Internet.com, Adventive, SitePoint, WorkZ, Yahoo, EuroPublic, BuyerZone, ClickZ, SEO Today and Bpubs. He has been a contributing Mentor to the Silicon Valley Association of Software Entrepreneurs for years and a former BOD member of two successful software services companies. Mr. Traupel graduated from George Mason University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, is married with one child and lives in Northern California.

Eric Korb, Principal/Acting CTO, formerly the co-founder and managing partner of Lawyer Links, Inc., which provided an online research service for corporate legal advisors. The service, designed by Korb, is the first to deliver aggregated legal content without the use of search. In 1998, Korb founded ComLinx, Inc., which was one of the first Internet companies to offer web-based business-to-business teleconferencing. As CEO and Founder, Korb designed the software applications and managed the many day-to-day operations of the company.

Prior to launching ComLinx, Korb founded Xecute, Inc. in 1990 and in four years built it into a $5 million master reseller of high-end TCP-IP, X-Windows and telecommunications products and services. This success followed Korb’s formation of Access Graphics in 1989 by merging another of his companies, CADsource, with two similar firms. That same year, he led Access into the UNIX workstation business market in a partnership with Digital Equipment Corporation and Sun Microsystems, Inc.

This resulted in building a indirect channel of over 4000 resellers and Access subsequently reaching $2 billion in sales. Honors Korb has earned include being selected in 1989 by Reseller Management magazine as one of its “Key Players in Distribution.” In 1988, at age 28, New Jersey Business magazine added Korb to its “Business Watch” list and he was a “Arthur Young Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist. Korb has published numerous professional articles and has been keynote speaker for leading industry conferences and expositions. Korb lives in central New Jersey. He graduated from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Industrial Management & Computer Science. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys golf, fine art, photography and charity work.

Kelly C. Richardson, MEd, Acting Director of Content and Syndication A native Atlantan, Kelly brings a wealth of experience in strategic search engine marketing, content optimization, Web analytics, business-oriented social media marketing, brand development, print and Web marketing strategies, and related services. As a freelance copywriter, he’s produced engaging content for Fortune 500s Yahoo!, Cox Communications and Cardinal Health. Kelly holds graduate degrees in English and education/training from Georgia State University. With over 15 years of business-focused writing experience, he is a recognized expert in creative communications for direct mail and Web-based marketing campaigns.

Kelly’s previous positions include Managing Editor with Intelective Communications, Content Optimizer with 1st on the List Promotion, In-house Copywriter with Red House Global Brand Agency, and Freelance Copywriter with Quinstreet Media, Inc. and HQ Publications. His specialty industries include renewable energies, marine and subsea, high tech, travel and leisure, non-profit, retail, education, real estate and construction, traditional and holistic healthcare and wellness, automotive, finance, consumer goods and manufacturing.

Kelly is an active member with advertising and marketing associations the 280 Group, the American Academy of Advertising, the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, the Creative Fortune Cookie Group, Fountain Blue, TechSoup NetSquared and Worldwide Independent Content Creators. He was also recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America (2005) for his contributions to best practices in responsible marketing and advertising.

Adam Boettinger, Advisory Board
We are fortunate to have Adam as a member of our Advisory Board. A keynote speaker representing the United States at the Internet World India conference and other venues, Adam Boettiger is one of the earliest pioneers in the interactive marketing sector. Prior to the first true advertising campaign on the web in 1995 (for Zima and AT&T), Mr. Boettiger was creating strategic marketing and online strategies and forging relationships for businesses interested in reaching prospects and customers through the online services America Online and CompuServe as early as 1992.

In 1996 he created one of the first interactive forums for internet advertising professionals, the I-Advertising Discussion List, growing its membership to over 12,000 members in ninety countries around the globe. He is an interactive advertising industry pundit whose strategic marketing and business development expertise has been sought after and delivered to hundreds of companies during the past 14 years. Businesses as small as Cape Cod Bed and Breakfasts to Microsoft to Virgin Atlantic Airways have benefited from his industry relationships, knowledge and expertise in all areas of the online advertising space – technical, publishing, advertising and agency.

Over the years he has taught online advertising to university MBA students, spoken at industry conferences in the US, Asia and Europe, worked in a business development capacity for multiple advertising agencies as well as consulted for clients on a freelance basis. He is well-known within the market sector and well-connected at the highest echelons of some of the industries most innovative companies. Jim Michler – SAP Corporation, Advisory Board

Jim is an innovative, dynamic international business executive with over 20 years of software sales, marketing and general management expertise including senior assignments resident in Japan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Australia, Canada, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and India. Mr. Michler has had executive positions with ComputerLand Corporation (CL), Autodesk Inc, JD Edwards (JDE) and SAP.
Mr. Michler is accomplished in major account and executive level solution selling having built strategic relationships with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies such as; Abbott Laboratories, Hospira, Johnson Wax Professional, Baxter Healthcare, General Motors, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson Controls, Trane, GE Medical Systems, Eaton, Kraft, NTT, Mazda, Nissan, Matsushita, Samsung, Hyundai, Bemis, Brady, Roche, etc. Jim has personally sold over $250 million in software during his career and thoroughly understands the nuances of sales and marketing in today’s competitive marketplace.
Jim is a proven high impact marketer and visionary with a proven ability to quickly grasp new markets, industries and technology and develop strategic plans to gain significant market share and sustainable competitive advantage.
Jim’s avocations include cycling, bike racing, cross country skiing and golf. He has raced bicycles both in the US and Europe and has competed in the National Senior Olympics. Jim has also managed base camp for a successful expedition to Mount Everest.
